One-on-One Training
A sixty minute supervised workout that will help you learn the safest, most effective method to get results.

One-on-One Express Training
A thirty minute quick paced and supervised workout which will help you improve both your muscular fitness as well as your cardiovascular health.

Assisted Express Training
The 30-Minute Cardio-Muscular Workout. A training circuit fully dedicated to thirty minute total bodycircuit training in a group setting supervised and assisted by one or more Personal Trainers.

Individualized Nutrition Programs
A nutrition guide designed specifically for your goals and lifestyle.

Fitness Evaluation & Assessment
An analysis of your current fitness level, exercise experience and fitness goals.

Body Composition Analysis
A test of your lean body mass vs. bodyfat ratio using the Body Comp Scale and a printed profile and assessment.

Body Metabolic Testing
A ten minute test utilizing an easy & safe breathing device which will accurately help determine your current metabolic rate and your caloric needs.
